TV Programme on “Arthur Schnitzler Digital”

On 17 December 2014, the WDR news programme “Lokalzeit Bergisches Land” broadcast a feature on the project “Arthur Schnitzler: The Digital Historical-Critical Edition”.

In the frame of the long-term project in cooperation with the Bergische Universität Wuppertal, the University of Cambridge, the Cambridge University Library, the German Literary Archive Marbach, and the Arthur Schnitzler Archive at Freiburg University, Arthur Schnitzler's poetic works, drafts, and fragments are made available online as a digital historical-critical edition.

The feature describes the scientific editing undertaken at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal, and shows how the Transcribo tool developed at the Trier Center for Digital Humanities is used within the project.
