DFG grants project on Augsburg Master Builder's Ledgers

The DFG has recently granted the project “Die Augsburger Baumeisterbücher: digitale Edition, Kommentar und Präsentation der mittelalterlichen Stadtrechnungen von 1320 bis 1466” (The Augsburg Master Builder’s ledgers: digital edition, comments and presentation of the medieval city accounts from 1320 to 1466). The project with a term of 36 months has been applied for by the Trier Center for Digital Humanities in cooperation with the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (Medieval History, Prof Dr Jörg Rogge) and aims at establishing a commented full text edition with extensive indices, glossaries, and interconnections.
