The German Letter in the 18th Century. Kick-off event of the Kolleg:innen in Halle for the DFG project "The German Letter in the 18th Century. Establishing a database and a cooperative network for the digitization and research of the German letter in the Age of Enlightenment". Two letter projects, which are being developed in cooperation with the TCDH, will be presented: Lavater's correspondence, Letter networks of the early Romantic period.
