CFP: DHd annual conference 2016 in Leipzig on the subject of „Modellierung - Vernetzung – Visualisierung“

The 3rd annual conference of the association „Digital Humanities im deutschsprachigen Raum e. V.“ will take place from March 7th to 12th, 2016 in Leipzig. It is dedicated to the topic „Modellierung – Vernetzung – Visualisierung. Die Digital Humanities als fächerübergreifendes Forschungsparadigma“.
Questions about data in the humanities, their processing, networking and visualization are discussed. It is also about the design of research, communication and presentation environments that support interdisciplinary research approaches and generate and present knowledge in such a way that a broader public is actively involved in the scientific process.
The organizing committee at the University of Leipzig chaired by Prof. Dr. Elisabeth Burr (Institute for Romance Studies) and Prof. Dr. Gerhard Heyer (Institute for Computer Science) asks for abstracts for posters, lectures, sections, panels and pre-conference workshops.
